VIRGINIA LICENSE AND PERMIT GUIDE
This Virginia License & Permit Guide provides companies in the Commonwealth with information on licensing and regulatory requirements for both establishing and operating a business. The agencies listed in this section contain contact information, licenses, reports, and fees required by the Commonwealth and administered by the individual agency.
Every effort has been made by the Department of Business Assistance to ensure the accuracy of the information. However, licensing requirements are subject to frequent change. By accessing this system, the user acknowledges that the Department of Business Assistance is not responsible for the licensing requirements of other agencies in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Users should not rely solely on this information, but should contact each agency involved for complete and accurate information.
